ONGC Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are required to fulfil the specific eligibility criteria given below to apply for the posts of Junior and Associate Consultants for ONGC Recruitment 2024:
Candidates must be retired ONGC officers with B.E./B.Tech/Diploma or ITI in Production/Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation/Chemistry areas.
In addition, candidates must have 10 years of experience in surface team operations.
The upper age limit of applicants should not exceed 64 years (at the time of appointment).
ONGC Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection process for ONGC Recruitment 2024 includes a written test and personal interview. Shortlisting of candidates is based on three criteria: work experience in ONGC (10 marks), educational qualification (10 marks) and written test (60 marks).
Candidates who obtain a minimum of 27 marks (33.33%) out of a total of 80 marks will be called for a personal interview (PI). The minimum qualifying marks in the interview for final selection will be 33.33% of the maximum marks (i.e. 7 out of 20). Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the date, venue and reporting time of the written test and interview by email.
ONGC Recruitment 2024 Salary
Candidates selected for the posts of Junior and Associate Consultants in ONGC will receive a monthly consolidated honorarium of Rs 27,000-40,000. The salary structure includes additional allowances mentioned below:
